First online interview with HR

In the first video call with the HR team, the focus is on getting to know each other. We would like to learn more about you, your motivation and your expectations. You also have the opportunity to gain insights into our way of working, our values and the position.

Where is the office of Peter Park?

Balanstraße 71a, in the 8.0G. You can reach us with the bus line 54 (St. Martin-Straße), the U2 (Karl-Preis-Platz) or the S3/S7 St. Martin-Straße.

What does the onboarding process look like at Peter Park ?

You start with the onboarding days, which are the same for all new joiners. During your first days you will get to know our product, the different teams and some of your new team members. There will also be introductions to tools and ways of working. Afterwards, the onboarding in your team continues. Your buddy will accompany you during this process and will always be available to answer any questions you may have.

How long will it take for me to hear back from you guys?

You will receive the first confirmation of receipt within a few hours of submitting your application. We will then get back to you with feedback within 3 days.

Which documents are important for the application?

First and foremost, we need your resume to understand what background you bring to the table. A cover letter is nice-to-have if it explains why you are applying for the position and what skills you bring to the table. If you are applying for a position as an intern or working student, we also need your transcript of records.
