As the CRM team, we are the point of contact for our B2B and B2C customers. The satisfaction of our customers and an excellent customer relationship have top priority. We ensure a positive market perception of our products and services on a daily basis.

Our area of responsibility

  • Support of all business customers (B2B) throughout the entire customer lifecycle and development of long-term customer relationships
  • Ensuring a high level of end customer satisfaction (B2C)
  • Further development of internal processes for the continuous optimization of the service
  • Collaborate with additional teams to carry forward user feedback
