Projects & Operations

We, the operations team, are responsible for the installation process and accompany our customers from signage to commissioning. It is particularly important to us to always deliver the best possible version of our product. We ensure this by focusing relentlessly on our customers and their needs. To deliver the desired parking facility, our team is divided into three groups. The project management team, the technical operations team and the installation team. Together we plan, coordinate and build parking infrastructure without barriers or obstacles.

Our area of responsibility

  • Conceptual planning and technical implementation of our system solution
  • Purchasing of system components and warehouse management
  • Assembly and installation of our system components: from the camera to ensuring the correct payment options
  • Contact person for our customers in the implementation phase of the projects and ensuring a clean final handover to the customer
  • Project management and coordination of departments for successful project implementation

The Operations team with its two strong pillars - project management and installation - is a great unit that is simply fun to work with. Together, we contribute daily to the ambitious goals we have set ourselves as Peter Park in order to help shape the mobility industry in a sustainable way. It's a great feeling!
