Our product and engineering team at Peter Park reaches millions of people every week with our world-class hardware and software, developed in close collaboration with all our departments and our great customers. While the product and engineering team is diverse and cross-functional, we all share the same vision and motivation that drives us every day to achieve even more, to learn, and of course, to have fun.
Our team is responsible for the Peter Park brand and its visibility. We are responsible for driving awareness of Peter Park and ensuring that our target groups recognize the added value of our system solution and choose us over other options. I particularly like the diversity of our tasks: Market and data analysis to develop strategies and design campaigns and measure success, creativity and asset design to generate engaging content that will be remembered - but most of all, organizational skills are needed to drive multiple projects, also in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
We love numbers, data, facts and are one unit as a team. We work closely with other departments like Tech, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and HR to align our goals, strategy, and information to guide decisions. In doing so, we focus on our financials, as success is definitely measured by the numbers. We are a small, dynamic and solution-oriented team that not only controls the tasks of the departments, but is also always up for jokes
The atmosphere at Peter Park gives you room to develop and contribute. You can help shape processes and the entire team is always open to your questions and ideas. Especially in a start-up, where you can grow together, this fact is very motivating. The mutual support within my own team and across departments impressed me from day one. We are all important cogs in the wheel and together we create something new for the future of Peter Park. To see this reflected in such a way creates a lot of anticipation for what is yet to come.
Our task in sales is to successfully place the Peter Park system solution on the market and to support customers in a wide range of industries in making their parking areas more efficient, more profitable and more customer-friendly through digitization. The beauty of this is to offer a noticeable and measurable added value - the satisfaction of the customers after the implementation of our system is the best incentive to always give the best for each individual colleague in sales, but also as a team!
The Operations Team with its three strong pillars - Project Management, Technical Operations and Installation - is a great unit that is simply fun to work with. Together, we pay daily dividends towards the ambitious goals we have set ourselves as Peter Park to help shape the mobility industry in the long term. A great feeling!
The People & Culture Team is the heart of a company. Together with my team, we face the various challenges posed by the different tasks of the HR department and ensure that the goals are achieved. The well-being of our colleagues is crucial, as is attracting talent. I enjoy contributing to the success of the company, always keeping our mission in mind: Leading the transformation from Parking to Mobility Hubs.
Numerous everyday mobility issues are now simple and convenient thanks to digital technologies. Parking, on the other hand, is still a necessary evil for motorists, often associated with stress, costs and loss of time. The enormous digitalization potential of the parking industry was recognized by Maximilian Schlereth, Patrick Bartler and Stefan Schenk, and the idea for Peter Park was born. The goal: transforming ordinary parking lots into smart mobility hubs to finally harness the full potential of the parking industry. They were also able to convince the ARBAnova Family Foundation of their idea and vision, which invested a mid-seven-figure sum in October 2020. With this amount, Peter Park plans to expand its team, drive internationalization, increase product and sales capacities, and forge new partnerships.
The ARBAnova Family Foundation, led by Barlian Management Consulting GmbH, is a German family office invested in technology companies from various industries. The focus is on investments in meaningful and sustainable future technologies as well as young, innovative companies and start-ups. The investment in the IoT startup Peter Park thus particularly combines the goals of the family foundation and at the same time supports highly motivated young entrepreneurs in their work to solve the traffic problems in our society with the help of digitalization.
