A lack of free customer parking spaces and the associated dissatisfaction of guests has repeatedly kept employees away from their actual tasks.
The barrier-free parking system enables seamless entry and exit of the hotel's parking areas and underground garage. The vehicle's license plate number is read by a scanner when entering and exiting, making barrier systems unnecessary. Hotel guests pay at reception by entering their license plate number, visitors pay via the EasyPark app. Paying at a machine is therefore no longer necessary. Automated parking management processes reduce effort and costs for hoteliers.
Thanks to the digital parking solution, guests can easily enter the parking area before check-in. This reduces backlogs at the entrances and exits of the hotel and relieves staff at reception. Guest and visitor satisfaction is increased by the availability of customer parking spaces.
