Esens-Bensersiel, a popular seaside resort and vacation destination, needed a reliable and user-friendly digital solution for managing its parking areas. After an existing digital system failed to deliver the hoped-for success, the North Sea spa decided to make a change and introduced the Peter Park system in a pilot phase to offer both tourists and locals a stress-free parking experience.
The Peter Park system is user-friendly and efficient: the administrative burden for the municipality is low because Peter Park takes care of the entire customer service. Ease of use, flexible payment options and clear, intuitive user guidance ensure a stress-free parking experience. By dispensing with barriers and paper tickets, waste is also avoided and operating costs remain low.
With the introduction of the Peter Park system, Esens-Bensersiel has established a modern and future-proof parking management system. Easy parking without barriers and tickets that can get lost, as well as extensive payment options, promote the satisfaction of parkers. The digital solution does away with components that are susceptible to wear and tear, so that maintenance and servicing costs are extremely low. After successfully testing the system in two parking areas, Esens-Bensersiel has now introduced the solution in six more.
As a vacation resort, we need a parking system that is user-friendly and requires little administration. We chose the Peter Park system because it requires hardly any hardware in our parking areas, which keeps acquisition, maintenance and repair costs low.
